Healthy Eating utilizes the same approach as Educational Empowerment. 
Undesirable behaviors are gradually replaced by desirable behaviors, until 
the desirable behaviors predominate. After 8 weeks, healthy eating 
becomes your normal behavior. Less desirable eating seems abnormal. 
The goal is to have healthy eating behaviors for 6 days of the week. You 
can have one day where you can indulge yourself. 

This program is simple, practical, doable, effective and free.
