Exercising utilizes the same approach as Educational Empowerment.
Undesirable behaviors are gradually replaced by desirable behaviors,
until the desirable behaviors predominate. After 6 weeks, exercising
becomes your normal behavior. When you do not exercise, it seems
abnormal. The goal is to exercise for 6 days of the week. You can
have one day off.
This program is simple, practical, doable, effective and free.
